IV.The working principle of limestone grinding mill:
During operation, the main motor of the mill drives the spindle and the turntable through the reducer, and the roller pin on the edge of the turner drives dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway.
Original mineral material is broken into small particles by a hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by the hoist, and then the granules are evenly sent to the bulk disc of the upper part of the turntable through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feeding tube.
The particles are scattered to the circumference of the circle under the action of centrifugal force, and fall into the raceway of the grinding ring, which is impacted, rolled and ground by the ring roller. V. Processing technology
The first stage: crushing
The limestone bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the incoming fineness (15mm-50mm) which can enter the mill.
The second stage: milling
The crushed limestone small pieces are sent to the silo through the hoist, and then uniformly and quantitatively fed into the grinder grinding chamber through the vibrating feeder for grinding.
The third stage: grading
The ground material is graded by a classifier, and the unqualified powder is classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re-grinding.
The fourth stage: collecting powder
The fine powder conforms to the airflow and enters the dust collector through the pipeline for separation and collection.
